Dear High School Coaches,

Thank you for your interest in the Augsburg Volleyball Team Camp.  We are excited to make this an annual event in your pre-season preparation to jump-start your team for the upcoming fall season.  We want your team to have a very positive experience at Augsburg College; please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience at great one!

Team Camp Information – Friday, July 23rd:
Each team will participate in three volleyball sessions, including a team building session, a team practice where each team will have their own court, and a competition session where two teams will face each other in controlled scrimmage games.  Coaches are welcome to attend camp with his/her team but it is not required.  Coaches may select to have Augsburg Coaches run team practice or may run their own practice; upon request we can also provide assistant court coaches.  We will do our best to honor all time slot requests.  Each team will have three time slots, with at least one break for a team meal.

The proposed schedule is as follows:
Session 1:  9-10:30am
Session 2:  10:35am-12:05pm
Session 3:  12:10-1:40pm
Session 4:  1:45-3:15pm
Session 5:  3:20-4:50pm
Session 6:  4:55-6:25pm
Session 7:  6:30-8pm

Team Competition Camp Information – Saturday, July 24th:
Team Competition will begin at 9am; teams may request late start times due to travel distance.  If a coach cannot be present for the competition date, a current Augsburg College volleyball player will stand in as a substitute coach for the day.  Teams are guaranteed five matches against different opponents. 

Camp Costs:
Friday, July 23rd: $40.00 per player (8 player minimum per team)
Saturday, July 24th: $40.00 per player (8 player minimum per team)
Any camper that attends both camps: $70.00
If you have 16 or more players, we suggest splitting your team to maximize playing time.
All camp participants will receive a camp T-shirt!

Food/Restaurants:
At team camp, each team will be responsible for providing their snacks, drinks, and lunch meal.  We recommend bringing water bottles to fill, as cold water will be available.  There are several restaurants and healthy fast food options within a few minutes of Augsburg College.  Our staff would be happy to assist you in organizing directions and/or a food delivery.

1.     Contact Head Coach Jane Gibbs to guarantee a spot for your team at camp!

2.    Jane will enter your team’s information at:   www.augsburgvolleyballcamps.com/
3.    Once your team is registered, each player can go to www.AugsburgVolleyballCamps.com and  sign-up under your team name.  They will be able to register for one or both days.  
4.    Players are able to pay online with a credit card OR bring a check to camp.

Camper:  Please look at the table below for your school and team name, if you don't see them please DO NOT REGISTER, contact your coach to make sure your teams spot has been reserved at camp.  You will be asked your school and team name during registration, please use the correct team name
