Augsburg College Volleyball
2012 Defense & Setter/Hitter Skill Sessions
The skill sessions are designed for volleyball players looking to intensely train in a specific skill area. From 9am to 12pm, a Defensive skill session is offered for defensive specialists and any player that wants to focus on her defensive play, serve receive/passing, and serving.
From 1pm to 4pm, A Setter/Hitter skill session is offered for setters and middle hitters, outside hitters, and rightside hitters. Each group will train on specific skills that relate to their own positions and then together in a competitive environment.

Cost: $30 for one session
